Mushrooms a la Carolina
Hey, look! I made up a vegetarian recipe! (and it was really good)
If anyone feels like trying, here it goes (from what I can remember...):
Make curry rice.
Aside, put some olive oil and half of a chopped onion in a frying pan. Use one or two chopped garlic clove.
Slice a few fresh, white mushrooms (I used 5) and let them cook in the pan for a while, before putting half of a small chopped tomato.
It's time for the salt (more or less, it depends on the quantity and your own taste) and some spices. I used one tea-spoon of cumin and two tea-spoons of "sweet" paprika (it means it's not "hot")... and one hint of cinnamon, but I'm sure many of you will disagree ;)
As soon as the mushrooms are almost done (they will get a little bit darker), add the soy beans (I used half of a 200g can), let them cook a little bit and throw in the pine nuts. A few minutes must be enough, so that they won't be too hard nor too soft.
To end, spread one thin slice of cheese and let it melt while you stir the food.
Et voila!
Enjoy ;)
